The Q-Xact Reports module lets you customize and produce advanced call center reports on your PBX. This module is broken up into 2 sections: Q-Xact Templates and Q-Xact Reports.
In the Templates section, you can define specific templates that include the queue details and call data that you would like to show in a report. The Reports section is where you can view reports based on any template, filter results from specified time periods and view data on agents and queues.
This module will create a report that can be viewed on screen or easily exported to your favorite spreadsheet program.
