This is the super low resolution version, which should not have problems with stopping and starting, with most Internet connections. However, if you do have such problems, try the following: place your mouse pointer over the video. Click the pause sign that you will now see in the lower left hand corner of the video. Go away and do something else. After waiting a half hour or more, come back to. it, click the Play button, and it should play more smoothly.
If this version plays fine for you, and you want to try a higher quality version of the video, you can try the low resolution version at: vimeo.com/6916764 or the standard resolution version at vimeo.com/6912963. (The higher the resolution, the faster Internet connection and computer required, to play smoothly.)
Please feel free to contact me if you have any problems with it.
