This is the very moment that changed the course of my quest for the last German wave. Before this day I had yet to see a perfect wave at this spot. After this wave rolled through and I would never again watch from the shore.
*Note: The shaky camera is due to the fact that I was trying to watch "real life," and film at the same time [no easy task, but I highly recommend it]. My main interest in "real life" this time was because I was trying to triangulate exactly where the perfect take-off spot would be located.
