Leslie tells about HSUS filing a false claims act against a company selling meat to school lunch programs, falsely claiming the meat was humanely slaughtered. HSUS will be able to recover the full amount of the meat. This 150 year old law gives us citizens the right to sue a researcher & a research institute if the statistics in a grant are fraudulent and we could be entitled up to 25% of the value of the grant times 3 for trouble damages.
