After some enlightening consumer research we came to the conclusion they were really in the space market, not the storage market. This led to the idea of Big Yellow becoming a true space partner for their customers a brand that would be there to help manage your loved possessions from your student years, through to co-habiting in your twenties, marriage, babies and beyond. The idea is embodied in the rallying endline Get some space in your life. We have brought it to life in-store, via direct marketing, web and also on TV.
