Willard and Thomas got some help from friends who wanted to learn how to fillet and strip salmon for the smokehouse. Willards grandson, Vincent shows Pam how to scale the fish. Thomas and Willard cut the fillets, Tiger and Theresa cut the strips, and Pam and Theresa help Willard season the strips and hang them on sticks. This traditional method of "cold smoking" produces the "best fish I've ever tasted" - as people so often say. Music by the good mister David Grimes (as usual).
