San Bruno Mountain is the most northern mountain in the Santa Cruz Mountain range. I live on the mountain (Brisbane, CA) and frequently watch the fog roll in to cover San Francisco and the rest of the Bay Area. I've been inspired by a lot of a time lapse videos I've seen on Vimeo and thought I'd attempt to document these fast moving clouds.
This is the first time lapse I've attempted of these clouds, and hope to do more in the future.
This was shot with:
* Nikon D90
* Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8 lens
* Gitzo Mountaineering Series 1 tripod
* Rainbow Imaging intervalometer remote control
All shots were taken 1 second apart over a 45 minute period of time.
