This is a simple but we hope spectacular little film depicting the coming of spring to the Wirral peninsula, set to music by Amon Tobin. It was not, however, so simple to produce, employing timelapse, motion control, and other tricky techniques in pretty challenging conditions. It was made really as a little bit of a thank you, to all the people who've helped us while we've been out shooting this last year.

The film was produced, not in a day, but over several months in spring 2013. Shot in various locations around the wirral, but mainly on the Dee estuary, at Red Rocks beach and in Dibbinsdale woods.
The video was all shot using the Magic Lantern RAW video hack, on Canon 5D mkII and mkIII. The timelapses were shot as RAW still sequences on a range of Canon and Nikon DSLRs. Motion control was thanks to Dynamic Perceptions kit. Ramping was handled by TriggerTrap Mobile Dongles. Post was via a combination of the Adobe Creative Suite, LRTimelapse, and DaVinci Resolve.
