Ryan Hidinger is an Atlanta Chef who has worked at several highly acclaimed restaurants including Bacchanalia, Floataway Cafe, and Muss and Turner's, which he ran for over 7 years. He and his wife started an Atlanta- focused supper club where they would serve 10 guests at a time and talk about food and life. This was the beginning of Staplehouse. Ryan's story has inspired the formation of The Giving Kitchen Initiative and other chefs have taken leaps of faith to support his views on selflessness and helping others.
