Mounted a 50mm film camera lens onto my dslr. Really into this lately. It gives the image such an authentic 'film' impression, super shallow DOF, and just all around is very fun to play with. Plus I love that there is no longer this huge separation between taking film pictures and shooting digital video – I use this lens on a canon ft b normally.
Also color graded the footage just in camera raw. With magic lantern on the 6d the highest dimensions I've been able to record are 1024x576, I think because the 6d's internal processor has a write speed limited to 40mb/s or something. Not that big of a deal just scale it up and it still looks pretty good.
