With the Hotel's extreme proximity to Sydney International Airport, architect Tony Leung's design concept is to create a Hotel that caters for pilots, aircrew, and business travellers. Air travel during the 60's-80's was extremely exclusive; pilots were seen as God's, airhostesses were the models of the sky, and international travellers dressed up to catch a flight. The a+ design will bring back the prestige, glamour, and sex appeal of the pilot and his crew with a stylish modular hotel that seduces the visitor with its sexy curved façade and retro themed interior and roof top bar. Aircrew who require a one night stay in Sydney will no longer be forced to inhabit a boring and bleak hotel room that is consistently the same in every city they visit. The glamorous Ayoubi Hotel will provide them with the lavish night stay they deserve that will truly make Sydney a place to remember.
