The core of our training programme is one of the world’s leading crisis simulations. Participants take the role of the executive board of a fictional company faced with an escalating crisis. They must manage the crisis while dealing with the interventions of journalists, protesters, government officials, company staff and members of the public. We take realism very seriously and our team includes ex-BBC journalists who interview participants throughout the exercise. We use the simulation to push participants out of the comfort zones and give them a taste of a real world crisis – before telling them how to get it right later.
