I've been using Magic Lantern with my Canon 600D camera for video recording for a while now, and a couple of months ago (around June 2013) I loaded up the nightly build for RAW recording. It may be at pre-Alpha stage, but it's been totally reliable, and I used it on a proper job just last week.
Anyway, I wanted to do a direct comparison between RAW and the in-camera H.264 recording to see just how different they are. This is not meant to be a scientific test, but it was created because I wanted to see for myself the differences - this one deals with highlights and skin tones, the next one will look at lowlight performance.
So, not scientific and just for interest. For more information about the comparison, please visit davidvickers.co.uk
