If you're a total beginner you can do this workout with all the modifications and repeat it twice. Then keep following our blog and in 3 months you will be able to do it with less modifications and repeat it 3 or 4 times. Another option would be to set your timer for 15-20 minutes and do as many rounds as you can with as many modifications as you need to.
