In aid of Breathe Easy week (the supporting network for the British Lung Foundation) I have recently collaborated with the Art Department of Kingsmead Technology College in Staffordshire and a handful of artistic students aging from year 7 to year 9; and have created a short, experimental film.

The idea is to educate young children about the stereotypes that attach themselves to having asthma. The children we worked with either suffered themselves, or had someone close to them who were a sufferer. We wanted to show through this film, that having asthma makes you no different to any other person and that with the right care you can achieve just the same and lead a perfectly healthy life, in and out of school.

Thanks for watching!
