(Day 7 of 7-day Yoga Beginners Series. )
I constructed 7 classes for this series for those who are new to yoga, and this class is the last (7th) one. If you have not taken the Day 1 - Day 6, please look up the Beginners Series in my channel and take those classes before this class.
In this class, we will be reviewing the poses that we have covered in the previous classes and learning a balancing poses such as high-lunge and warrior III. We will practice engaging the key muscles to stay in the challenging poses for a longer period of time. This is a physically challenging class, but also rewarding. I am proud of you for completing the 7 day Beginners Series. You have practiced key elements of Vinyasa Yoga in the past 7 days. After this class, you will be ready to take other Beginner friendly classes and All-level classes. Use the filter function to search for Beginner or Easy Flow classes to get started. Namaste!
