Celebrate your success by giving remote friends a real high five!
One of 23 projects from the Culture Hack Scotland 2013 showcase: http://welcometosync.com/showcase
Made by: Syd Lawrence & Russell Thomas
By using a laser-cutting machine to model a cardboard hand and Arduino to power a small motor, the virtual high five machine was created, enabling remote colleagues the ability to send a virtual high five. The base of the machine was attached to a chair and by pushing a button your colleague’s virtual hand winds back using a motor then is released towards you, rewarding you with a virtual high five
