'Dance for Solo Piano and Premiere Pro' was created in 2013 by artist Tamarin Norwood and pianist Rossella Rubini.
The work was developed through a year-long EU funded residency project between Italy and the UK. The residency was initiated by Artakt and BM_Idea, and was supported by the Central Saint Martins research department, University of the Arts London.
Early stages of the project were presented during an interim round-table discussion at the Museo Nazionale delle Arti del XXI Secolo (MAXXI) Rome, and the final works were screened following panel discussions in May and June 2013, first at the Museo Archeologico in Abruzzo, Italy then at the Platform Theatre at Central Saint Martins in London.
