A behind the scenes look at the biggest event in the history of Aston Martin.
Aston Workshop attended the unprecedented gathering at Kensington Gardens and documented proceedings.
100 Aston Martins in the "time line", Every significant racing car, a field full of Bond cars, concept cars and a "car park" filled to bursting with Aston Martins old and new, it's all here.
The event took place on the hottest day of the year so far and this video also plays homage to the seminal summer event documentary, "Jazz on a summer's day" by using similar colour grading etc.
We made the 600 mile round trip in a 1956 DB2/4 MKII that has been fully restored and enhanced by Aston Workshop and I'm pleased to report that the car behaved beautifully the whole way.
A real stunner, the DB2's Peacock Blue paintwork drew admiring glances at every turn, even when surrounded by 100s of other Aston Martins in Perks Field at the event.
