Theology on Tap is an annual outdoor summer speaker series for young adults in their 20's and 30's held at parishes throughout the Archdiocese, including Saint Clement Parish. On July 23 we featured:
"Sex and the City of God"
The Church’s teachings about sex are not only countercultural, but can also be hard to reconcile with the lived experience of young adults today. Come talk about the surprising resources our tradition offers for vibrant, realistic, body-affirming sexuality.
Speaker: Cristina L.H. Traina
Cristina Traina is a professor of Religious Studies at Northwestern University, mother of three young adults, and wife of a Lutheran pastor. She writes and lectures on the ethics of sexuality, touch, work, and childhood.
