Ga ni tha is a performance of sound that weaves language, song, prayer and land with resonance of the Osage. Weaving sound and abstract images of Oklahoma landscapes to explore the binaries of place and culture with textures of home, and questions of land as life-birth-death. A remixing of formal elements that works to dichotomize tensions and transform the classic landscapes and imagery of the American prairie to both mimic and dissolve the order of dissonance.
Ga ni tha is chaos of the world and disorder.
