One of the ways that ProCare HospiceCare saves you time is thru a process we call ONE CALL. Without ONE CALL, when admitting a new patient, the admitting nurse has to make multiple calls:
1. Admit /Register the patient in the Hospice Management System, and
2. Admit the patient into the PBM Adjudication System, and
3. Order drugs from the preferred pharmacy.
Using ProCare HospiCare's Auto-Registration interface and ONE CALL, after the admitting nurse registers the patient into the Hospice Management System:
1. make ONE CALL to one our Doctors of Pharmacy (PHARM D) to complete the Approved Drug List for the patient based upon the admitting condition AND the initial drug order is automatically electronically transferred to the preferred pharmacy for fulfillment and delivery.
