Retired Fisherman Goes All In at 70

Veteran fisherman Harbogi Debes, of Hvalba on Suðuroy, has long had a hobby as a producer of fishing hooks made of stainless steel. As he ended his career at sea at the age of 67, he decided to go all in with the hook business, which had slowly and steadily grown over the years with exports to several neighboring countries. So now at 70, Mr. Debes is fully dedicated to the business and has set up a website with an online shop. He even participated with his own stand at the Atlantic Fair trade show in Klaksvík on May 17th to 19th.
