This is a case of a 75 year-old woman with a slowly enlarging right upper-lobe ground-glass nodule. She has a history of COPD and CLL. We used electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy (ENB) to dye the adjacent pleura and place a fiducial marker in the lesion. VATS was done immediately following the procedure. The lesion was easily identified and resected. Final pathology showed mutinous adenocarcinoma with lepidic growth pattern (mucinous BAC).
