A film for Grosvenor Estates.
Shot on location in Tokyo, Hong Kong and London, this film paints a portrait of Grosvenor's most recent property development project in Asia, The Westminster Roppongi. Written, produced and directed by Mark Cumming of eightfive2 it gives an insight to the creative talents that collaborated on the building and introduces the viewer to one of Tokyo's most diverse neighbourhoods, Roppongi.
The film was shot by Tobia Sempi AIC on a Canon C500, Canon 5D MkII and GoPro Hero 2, with second unit contributions from Stephen Cornacchia and Mark Cumming. The animated sequences were produced by Jeroen Krielaars at Amsterdam based animators, Calango, under the watchful eye of Dylan Griffith at Smorgasbord. The the original score was written, produced and performed by Al Boorman at Wevie in the UK, and the voiceover on the Grosvenor History was by Katie Lyons at Sue Terry Voices, London. Editorial and post was by Victor Pena at Peg Leg in Hong Kong.
Yoshiko Tanaka of Jaid Creative produced the Tokyo shoot, with Jesse Stagg of Shoot Logistics looking after the London sequence.
