Dried, frozen, as juice or fresh the cranberry enhances all five USDA recommended food groups. With cranberry production up in 2013, representatives began looking for new opportunities to get people thinking about North America's native and favorite fruit as an every-season, go-to food and drink.
A chance meeting at an airport between U.S. Cranberries' Executive Director and a representative from Neutron Media led to a four-day, all-hands-on-deck (fun) fire-drill in which to turn around a catchy ad that would be displayed on New York's Times Square CBS "Super Screen". The 26'x20' full-color, full-motion screen has the potential to reach 1.5 million visitors who pass by daily. The 15-second clip displays once an hour for 18 hours a day from August 7th through October 7th, 2013.
