Here is a quick colour grade test using Apple ProRes 422 Codec. I shot everything in 2.5K Raw and than transcoded into Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) using Davinci Resolve. I recently uploaded Summer Sun goo.gl/zKCoAG which was graded using Adobe Camera Raw in After Effects. DaVinci Resolve is Great! But unfortunately my macbook doesn't like Davinci Resolve due to its graphics card that isn't suitable for it.
I just wanted to see how much data ProRes can hold when doing some colour grading. I must say I'm very impressed with the results and I think I will shoot ProRes most of the time as I cannot afford to shoot Raw at the moment. I used Adobe Premiere to Edit and Colour grading.
