From 1933 to 1976 the Ontario government operated the Ontario Training School for Girls.in Gault - later known as "Grandview". By 1992, an inquiry was opened into allegations of sexual and physical abuse brought forward by many of the women who had been sent there. Until Someone Listens documents the compelling stories of several of these women, and the efforts made by the Grandview Survivors Support Group to win compensation for what had happened to them as wards of the state.
