Another video in the Series covering happenings around Johnson County Indiana and central Indiana.....
On June 6 the Gwd. Municipal Airport of Greenwood, IN had a Vintage 1928 Ford Tri-Motor aircraft on display. Without a ticket one could view and tour the airplane and several vintage automobiles. With the purchase of a $40.00 ticket you could take a short ride in it as well. The owner of the plane Eastern Air Transport Inc. put on an excellent show. The day was hot and humid and at times a bit windy.
The video contains many close-ups of the various sections of the plane both interiors and exteriors. And from several vantage points. Enjoy watching actual take offs and landings. You can even witness the starting of the 3 engines. Really get a taste of what the day had to offer. There was even fresh ice cream available for purchase provided by Brozinis Restaurant/
All photography was done by John R. Spurr of Spurr of the Moment Video Productions and Evergreen Photographic Illus. and Design. Equipment used was a Canon EOS T4I equipped with a Canon 18-135 STM lens. A monopod was used but actually needed a tripod. All video sound was recorded by the on camera mics. Music: War of the Gods" by Terry Devine King (sp?) and... and period piece, .... as well.
