The Case for Creativity opens a conversation about the importance of creativity for community development.
The Case for Creativity is a digital resource for artists, arts workers and arts organisations to help communicate the value of supporting creative communities.
Developed for the Arts Matters Workshops presented in Rockhampton, Townsville and Gympie in June 2012 by Artslink Queensland, it explores:
- how arts participation improves the liveability of a community,
- the importance of supporting and investing in the cultural activities and creative skills within a community, and
- the value that arts and creative enterprise contribute to regional development, prosperity and wellbeing
The Case for Creativy was produced by Human Ventures
