This video is use for an academic research for ageing people shopping in Supermarket.
The exhibition is based on the research results from a 2-year research programme that looked at the challenges and difficulties that elderly consumers face during their supermarket shopping. The study took a cross-cultural design perspective and took place in the UK and China. In the exhibition, there will be a display of the key findings together with several newly designed and developed product concepts for improving the elderly consumers’ shopping experience.
