If you've not heard of FootGolf before, it's basically a combination of golf and football and is played on a course very similar to golf.
It's all about precision and power, judging the length to the football-sized holes and avoiding the obstacles of bunkers, trees, water and hills along the way. And similar to golf, the player who plays the 9 or 18 holes with the fewest shots wins.
Originating in the Netherlands, the sport is attracting a lot of attention at the moment in over 30 countries around the world, and we filmed at one of the newest courses to open, an all weather course in Hull. This film covers the rules of the game.
