Move of the month targeting core and total body. This is an advanced move. For beginners, start with your feet against the wall and toes on the ground. When ready to perform the advanced move, walk your feet up the wall until your body is parallel to the ground. Be sure hands are directly under your shoulders. Engage your core muscles and drive one knee towards your chest. In a slow and controlled manner, switch legs while keeping full foot braced against the wall. This exercise can be performed for time or repetitions.
