TASTING NOTE
Our Guest Juror Mindy Joyce is tasting the 2011 white Vieux Chateau Gaubert, Graves, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A tropical nose and a lean palate comprised of citrus and floral notes with hints of peach, apricot, lemon, bitter apple, and vanilla with a smooth, clean finish.
This wine pairs well with: Ceviche, Chèvre, Lobster, Seafood, Thai Summer Rolls

GRAPES
50% Sémillion, 50% Sauvignon Blanc
