Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2010 Chateau de Sours, Bordeaux, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
Dark, woody and structured with notes of leather, tobacco, menthol and blackberry. Concentrated and juicy with firm tannins and a medium body.
This wine pairs well with:Cheese, Hangar Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Pasta, Pizza, Pork, Portobellos, Red Meat, Sausage, Skirt Steak, Steak with Pepper Sauce

85% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot , 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
