Dark, woody and structured with notes of leather, tobacco, menthol and blackberry. Concentrated and juicy with firm tannins and a medium body.
This wine pairs well with:Cheese, Hangar Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Pasta, Pizza, Pork, Portobellos, Red Meat, Sausage, Skirt Steak, Steak with Pepper Sauce
85% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot , 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
