Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2005 Chateau Royaumont, Lalande-de-Pomerol, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A mature and developed character with supple tannins and a creamy palate with notes of mint, tobacco, cocoa and exotic fruit.
This wine pairs well with: Filet, Game, Lamb, Sausage, Sirloin, Steak Frites, Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Roast
