Wine Review: 2011 Barton & Guestier Passeport, Saint-Emilion []

Our Wine Buff Mollie Battenhouse is tasting the 2011 Barton & Guestier Passeport, Saint-Emilion, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A black cherry and wood nose with a bitter palate containing notes of plum, cedar, coffee and minerals with an earthy component.
This wine pairs well with: Red Meat, Steak Frites, Steak Tartare

75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc
