Blind Tasting Bingo is the brain-child of Jeanne Kubal and Lola Milholland of Ecotrust.org. First launched at the Time Based Arts Festival in Portland, it was such a hit, that a series of six bingos were offered in the fall of 2013. This event features Kim Boyce, owner of Bake Shop and author of Good to the Grain. Kim made 15 small courses that guests ate blind folded and then had to pick choices off their bingo board.
