TASTING NOTE
Our Wine Buff Mollie Battenhouse is tasting the 2010 Chateau Faizeau, Montagne-Saint-Emilion, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A strong wood and charred character with hints of black cherry, clay and dark chocolate on the palate.
This wine pairs well with: Bolognese, Lamb Loin, Olive Tapenade, Steak Frites

GRAPES
Merlot, Cabernet Franc
