Wine Review: 2009 La Bastide Dauzac, Margaux []

Our Wine Buff Mollie Battenhouse is tasting the 2009 La Bastide Dauzac, Margaux, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
A strong charred and oaky palate containing notes of spice, berries, herbs, menthol and eucalyptus with tight tannins and a cocoa finish.
This wine pairs well with: Hard and Aged Cheeses, NY Steak with Bleu Cheeses, Prime Rib

58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc
