Carthage kicks off 90 day Blitz with 2 events
Vice Mayor demolishes blighted property, community holds evening celebration
WHAT: The City of Cincinnati along with numerous community partners will hold a press conference to kick-off the Carthage Neighborhood Enhancement Program (NEP). The program focuses on developing neighborhood assets and improving the quality of life. This City/community partnership will concentrate efforts to remove blight, lower crime and improve the neighborhood. A blighted house will be demolished as part of this morning’s kickoff.
