Interactive Video-Installation, Berlin 2013.
MOBILE is an interactive video-installation multi-sensitive that combines two almost antagonistic concepts:
The analog (methacrylate pieces and reflexes) with the digital (animations that are projected) to invite the public to be responsible for everything that happens in the interactive space, depending on how they move the pieces, the projected animations and sounds changes their behavior, creating numerous compositions.
To develop this work, the artist Déborah Borque attends the philosophical theory of Deleuze & Guattari when they discussing the concept of rhizome, with the intention that the public be aware of the many possibilities that exist and they depend on their decisions and movements.
"A rhizome is a descriptive or epistemological model in which the organization of the elements is not reporting lines, but any element can affect or influence any other". (Deleuze & Guattari 1972:13)
