The One-Month Tahuichi Way Program is Tahuichi's most popular international program. It is a micro-copy of the training undergone by top Tahuichi teams preparing for major international tournaments. It includes fitness (1st week), and technical and tactical training (2nd and 3rd weeks). There are lectures on psychology, nutrition, laws of the game, and the philosophy and methodology of Tahuichi. You will develop power and strength from river training and running on the towering sand dunes of Santa Cruz. Finally (4th week), you will compete in a tournament.
