During the conceptual process of Model to Monument (M2M), I investigated public sculptures on display through out New York City. I decided to interview your average New Yorker as they discovered various public works of Art.
On this interview I met Carmen while visiting Riverside Park South. Her perspective as a high-school spanish teacher who frequently visit the park to review her student's work was entertaining and enlighting..
These Interviews proved to be invaluable leading up to the Conceptual phases in the development of my public sculpture 'Transitions through Triathlon'.
