Vegan Recipe. Swabian Style.
Use egg-free "Spätzle" (kind of traditional Swabian noodles). You can also use Penne or similar pasta which is not too thin.
Cut small carrot pieces and cook them together with the peas.
Cook the noodles and Lenses.
Fry some onion rings in sunflower oil and add the noodles, lenses and vegetables.
Add some Soy-Cream ("Sojacuisine" or similar), spices (parsley), salt and pepper. Add nutritional yeast flakes and enjoy :-)
