Purpose: Activate and strengthen the muscles required to stand from a chair. May be used if standing from a seated position is painful.
1. Notice the foot placement with feet flat and knees over toes.
2. Bearing weight through the heels, back straight, chest over toes, lean forward pressing ground through heels
3. repeat 1 with a single leg (doing both sides)
4. Stand up and repeat.
*Perform each step 10 times. If step 3 is painful repeat 1 and 2.
