Hi there,
My name is Patricia and I’m a human resources manager here in Singapore.

For our company, organizing an overseas holiday for our staff combined with charity and community work was a no-brainer. It certainly hasn’t cost a lot of money but it has had a significant and tangible impact on the lives of people who live in conditions we can’t even imagine exist in the twenty-first century. Our team of eighty staff rolled up our sleeves and got stuck in.

For the orphanage and its 200 orphans we renovated the sleeping rooms, assembled beds for the kids, THEIR FIRST BEDS EVER!, modernized the kitchen and created a large playground that they love so much, with the excellent assistance of Top Team Vietnam.

Our employees got a great understanding of what we as a business contributed, where that money and work went and the direct impact that it made. And as human resources manager I've had many conversations with our staff over what we were achieving – which has created an internal ‘feel good factor’.

After the community work we enjoyed a short but unforgettable dream holiday on a private island to relax and have fun as a team. Of course, all this would not have been possible without the professional and creative support by Top Team Vietnam which I highly recommend to other companies interested in team building, charity and community work.
