If not I would encourage you to try and detach yourself somewhat from your current situation and look back in at yourself to see just what it is that is making you unwell. Then I would encourage you to set out attainable, achievable goals and targets to help you rectify your issues in a realistic timeframe and achieve whatever it is that you set to to do. That way hopefully when I ask you if this finds you well you will be able to smile back at me and say yes thanks this really does find me very well indeed!
Or on the other hand please feel free to ignore my spewings into your brain and enjoy yourself without it!
