EMERGE at Augustana College, (Rock Island, IL) and James Hersch conduct service visits every year to local care centers. It's part of the students leadership training, and Hersch's program REACHWITHME is the perfect vehicle for them to make a positive impact in the surrounding communities of Rock Island and Moline.
