Director of Arts Development, Nóirín Mc Kinney and Belfast-based artist, Colin Darke talk about the British School at Rome funding offered by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland under the Support for the Individual Artist Programme. The funding offers Northern Ireland based artists the opportunity to spend 6 months at the illustrious British School in Rome, developing their practice and carrying out research into new techniques and methodologies. The closing date for applications for the current cycle is Thursday 5th September 2013.
